Lose Weight Diet
This is not one of those articles who says: “Lose 20 pounds in a week fast with no effort!”, I don't like lying to people so I don't want to say that but I will say that losing that amount of pounds in a week means damaging your health and it does need a lot of effort.

After 5 years of dieting, yo-yo effect, weight oscillations and crying about how fat I am, I finally understood something: I don't have to eat healthy food for 4 months or 6 months, I have to eat healthy food my whole life. So with tears I my eyes I have to say: Bye, bye fast food! Hello veggies! No, it's not really like that because you don't have to stop eating bad food at once, you will probably order 5 pizzas at the end of that week so try to make little changes to your diet. But let's forget about that for now and think about our mind.Our mind does incredible things and we should know how to benefit from that: you know that you have to lose weight but your brain doesn't know that so you need to repeat every day that healthy food is great. I know it sounds a little strange but trust me, if you want to start from somewhere, start from your mind. Then take a pencil and write everything good that will happen to you if you and read that piece of paper everyday before you get out of bed.

Now it's time to clean that fridge: call some friends and eat what is left of the healthy food, make it the last day of unhealthy eating.

You need to make some little changes this week: change whole milk with skim milk, white bread with brown bread, hamburgers with grilled chicken and so on. This week try to drink everyday those 8 glasses of water everyone talks about. Start walking 10 minutes a day and you will see that your sleep will get better.

It's time to walk 15 minutes a day and say bye, bye to the elevator. Buy a cook book with healthy recipes and try some that you find tasty. Every morning drink a glass of natural juice or eat 2 fruits. You should also start avoiding soda and chips.

You should try to go to the gym at least twice a week but if you don't have time buy some lighter weights in your home and make some simple exercises every day. You will also start walking 30 minutes a day instead of 15 minutes, if you also don't have time for this try to leave the car in the garage when you go to buy something or when you meet a friend have a walk instead of going to the fast food.

So it's already been a month since you started making those changes, you probably lost a few pounds and feel better. The most important thing is not to quit or be too hard on yourself. For example at the end of each week eat something “forbidden” because if you never have breaks from your diet, you will become frustrated and soon quit eating the healthy way. This is not a diet actually, this is a way to live and if you can't accept it I am sorry to tell you that you will never lose weight without damaging your health. Another important thing is that after you eat healthy one or two months your body will adapt and you won't be craving for those pizza. But of course once or twice a month you deserve to eat one or two slices of pizza. If you ever eat too much one day, don't get all depressed, try to eat less the next day or walk more but never quit.

Always eat fewer calories than you consume because if you don't move at all and stay all day on the couch you will not see any great results. Keep in mind that in order to lose two pounds you need to burn 7000 calories per week so try to eat 500 calories less and exercise to burn 500 calories a day. Don't even try to lose more than two pounds a week because you will get tired, frustrated, and hungry. You need to set small goals without going to extremes.

After you lost all the fat you wanted make sure you keep it that way don't throw yourself into pizzas and diary products. Keep a balance eat more than you ate but not at once, include bad things in your meals but not very often because you will end being the same you were when you started.

Tips on losing weight:

-drink enough water;

-when you start your weight ask a friend of yours to join, two is more fun than one;

-drink herbal tea, it will help you feel fit and lose more fat;

-be optimistic and have patience because you lose weight in time not over night, don't set goals like losing 10 pounds a week because it's hard to do that and your body will react terrible if you are having a diet that type.

-take vitamin supplements: they give you energy on a bad day, keep your bones strong and your mind focused;

-if you don't start losing weight in a month you should probably see a doctor because your problem might be medical;

Don't think about losing weight for the way you look, that's not more important than your health. You should change your lifestyle because you want to live more, feel better and avoid taking any chances with your health. Another important thing is to start losing weight because you want to, because you care and not for someone else. Get advice from a nutritionist, do some research on the internet, there are plenty of ways to find out what is good for your health and what is not good.

Read testimonials about people who lost weight to keep yourself motivated; feel good with yourself even if you are overweight and if you don't lose the amount of weight you want don't get depressed, you still have to love yourself because you are everything you got. I wish you good luck and a strong will!
