You may think that you get all those vitamins you need from your food but it's not like that because you will have to eat a lot of food to get vitamins so instead of filling your stomach with large quantities of food you might want to take some supplements. Of course you can eat, but if you try to eat all the nutrients and vitamins you need, probably you will exceed the recommended daily amount of calories.
